Custom Manufacturing Capabilities
Can you manufacture springs from my drawings or samples?
Yes — OEM and ODM are our core business. Send us your drawings in STEP, IGES, DXF, or PDF format, or simply mail us a sample for reverse engineering. Our engineers will review manufacturability and reply within 24 hours. Our custom spring service.

What wire diameter range can you handle?
We coil wire from 0.2 mm to 8.0 mm (0.008″–0.315″) in diameter, covering everything from delicate precision springs to heavy-duty coil springs.
What surface finishes are available?
We offer zinc plating, chrome plating, nickel plating, powder coating, black oxide, passivation, painting, titanium nitride coating, heat treatment, and anodizing. Tell us your corrosion-resistance or appearance requirements and we’ll recommend the right finish. Guide to spring coatings.
What tolerances can you hold?
We hold tolerances as tight as ±0.01 mm (±0.0004″), and precision grinding ensures consistent end-face squareness on compression springs.
Quotation, Samples & Ordering
How do I get a quotation?
Send your drawings or dimensions, material requirements, and quantities through our contact page or Get a Quote form. We typically reply with a quotation within 24 hours.
What information do you need for an accurate quote?
A drawing with tolerances is ideal, plus material, quantity, surface finish, and your preferred trade terms. The more complete your information, the faster and more accurate our quote. No drawing? Mail us a sample and we’ll quote from it. Request a quote.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We have no minimum order quantity (MOQ) — order exactly the quantity your project needs, from a few prototype pieces to full production runs. Unit prices come down as your volume grows. Start your project.
Do you provide samples? Are they free?
Yes. Samples are ready in 2–3 days and are free when the material is in stock and no new tooling is required — you only cover the shipping cost. When material has to be bought in or tooling made, samples take 5–7 days and any charge is quoted first.
How long is the lead time for mass production?
Mass production typically takes 7–15 days, depending on order quantity and complexity. Rush service is available when you’re up against a deadline.
How is the price of a custom spring calculated?
Five factors: material, structural complexity, tolerance level, order quantity, and surface finish. Larger quantities bring the unit price down significantly — that’s why we always quote in volume tiers. Get a quotation.
Payment, Shipping & Trade Terms
What payment terms do you accept?
Typically 30% T/T deposit with the balance paid before shipment — but this isn’t rigid; we’re happy to discuss terms that work for you. We also accept letters of credit (L/C) and credit card payments.
What Incoterms do you work with?
We work with EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDU, and DDP, among others. Tell us your preferred terms and we’ll quote accordingly.
How do you ship the goods?
By sea for bulk orders, by air for urgent orders, and by express courier for samples. We’ll recommend the best balance of transit time and cost for your order.
I’ve never imported from China — can you handle customs clearance?
Absolutely. We offer DDP door-to-door delivery and prepare all customs documentation for you, so you get a truly worry-free importing experience. Contact us.
Quality Assurance & After-Sales
How do you ensure product quality?
Every order goes through incoming material inspection (IQC), in-process checks (IPQC), and final inspection (OQC) by our dedicated QC team, using calibrated measuring instruments. Only lots that pass all three stages are shipped. Our quality control process.
Can you provide material certificates and inspection reports?
Yes. Material certificates and outgoing inspection reports are available with every shipment on request.
What if the springs don’t meet my specifications?
If the problem is on our side, we’ll remake the order — including covering the shipping cost — or refund you. Just send us photos or measurements of the issue and we’ll make it right.
Do you sign NDAs to protect my designs?
Yes. We’re happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share anything — your drawings and intellectual property stay strictly confidential.
